Yes it does, it originally came with a somfy replaced with a somfy works great with the sunsetter awning we have.

One screw on the back of the remote

Is remote Alexa compatible ?

The remote has nothing to do with Alexa compatibility, for that you need to add a hub such as the Tahoma Hub for somfy motors

Do you have this remote in white and grey?

This remote is only offered in blue and white.
