I bought this Xiaomubiao pillow to sleep on my stomach and it has worked very well for me. It is comfortable, firm but soft at the same time, and allows you to breathe without problems thanks to the space for the face. I have used it both to rest on my stomach and to relieve pressure on the neck and it really helps. The quality of the material feels good and keeps its shape.

This pillow is absolutely one of the most well constructed items I have ever purchased online... Firm with just enough give to be comfortable. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because when I actually use it as intended, my face still touches the bed and its soooo difficult to breathe even with the opening. If the pillow was higher with more air flow openings this would be a game changer for sure.

Pillow was so soft that it failed to provide enough support to keep my face clear of the surface. The fix was to put rolled up towels underneath each side.
