Absolutely brilliant, could go on for days about how good this product is.
Brilliant stuff, easy to use. Have nothing but praise for this product. Every mum I know, I have talked them into getting this product. As a spray you do not have to โrubโ in the cream so you do not irritate sore babies bottoms further. Quick working and normally starts to clear it within 2 hours. My daughters bottom was so sore once due to teething and a cold, the skin was breaking down so badly the skin was just wiping off leaving shiny red raw skin. No other cream stuck to her sores but this did. With careful regular โdabโ cleaning and bottom changes her skin was fine the next day. Other creams etc would not have healed her bottom for days. Awesome stuff !!

Excellent Product, shame the sprayer is rubbish
Very Good, healed up a persistent and painful nappy rash in a couple of days, only fault is the sprayer is rubbish would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Powerful spray
The cream is wonderful and I would use again on my little ones delicate skin. However, this doesn't not spray out in some kind of even, misting way. No it shoots out quite powerfully. Tbh it could be dangerous! I just 'shoot' it out on to my hand then wipe over the skin. Defeating the purpose really as it does say can just spray onto baby's skin and that's it, done. Wouldn't buy again unless it was on a very, very good offer as the cream itself is ok.

Ready, aim, fire!
No rubbing in required, which is handy for older (stronger) children. Zap and done! Rash went pretty quickly, and the cream doesn't stain like the yellow tube version.

Great everyday barrier cream
Great everyday barrier spray. Would have loved if it was more of a spray on so you don't get your hands covered, it's a watery cream instead. Seems to be working well for everyday protection but does when she gets sore from teething poos the yellow tube metanium comes out.

Too watery
Doesn't act as a good barrier, comes off easily with the nappy. Use the original barrier works better
