Best Laser company ever
The Longer B1 40W has been a great laser for my woodworking projects. It produces sharp engravings and has been a reliable machine overall. When I recently experienced an issue with the laser module, Longer Support worked with me to diagnose the problem and offered a replacement, even though my warranty had expired. That level of customer service really impressed me. I'm happy to recommend Longer for both the quality of their products and their excellent support.

The support after purchase is fantastic!
This product will expand your capabilities. I still have not found anything I canโt accomplish with the B1 40 watt laser. I have been able to produce kinetic art to mechanical coasters! The only thing this product has limited by is my imagination!

Great value for your money
I am very happy with this purchase, it does a great job and the price is excellent. There's a bit of a learning curve but that's honestly to be expected. Also have to mention the absolute great and timely customer service. I bumped into a problem and they helped me solve it either away.

"I am used to CO2 lasers. Since I moved to a small space, this was a better option. The actual cutting area is bigger than my last CO2 machine. 40 Watts on this machine Cuts better, thinner and deeper than the 60 watt CO2 I last had. I registered light burn today after a 30-day trial. I like it better than the ruida software Overall this thing is a winner. The only change I would make is the thumb screws to raise and lower the laser head for different thicknesses of material. They are a little tough to get at and secure. A minor complaint, and I'm sure I will figure out a solution. I would recommend this to a friend."
