My grandchildren loved these. What an adventure they had!

Fun, interactive toy given as gifts to 8-9 yr old girls. Both loved it!

My daughter goes nuts for these things. Allow the eggs to soak in water, and they hatch. My guess is that theres an absorbant mixture in the bottom that causes the toy to push through the shell. Be warned, this dye WILL STAIN. Each egg has a unique color dye that stained our marble counter. It took a lot of scrubbing to get it out, I would assume that clothes would also be wrecked. Value for the money.... not at all. You get toys equivalent to what used to be found in those quarter vending machines. But the quality is what it is, they look ok. They dont do anything special, and dont even articulate.

Got these for christmas for my daughters stocking and she absolute LOVED them! They actually hatch and have cute little figures inside!

Our 6 year old daughter loves to get these for Easter. It is cute and entertaining but they are so small and dont do much once you take them out the egg. I feel like it's a bit expensive for what you get.

My daughter loved this set. Super cute for Easter as it comes in an egg carton style design. Comes with 5 hatchimal eggs to hatch with accessories. Super fun to hatch and instructions are easy to follow. You just add some warm water to the middle and place each egg one at a time and watch them hatch. The hatching is exciting and it’s a nice surprise to see which one you get. I like that the carton can be used after to store them in so they don’t get lost.

My 3 year old was delighted with this set. I was pleased although not as infatuated. The little eggs are placed in hot water which causes the eggs to crack open to reveal the sweet little animal toys inside. It also includes a little pouch of toys/accessories such as a spoon and food, and a rubber ducky. The little animals are small and the toys are tiny. They are very easy to lose. I found the instructions to be pretty scarce, but ultimately with hot water the bottom of the eggs releases a dye while the top of the egg cracks open. It wasn't clear to me how much of the egg was meant to be kept, and I ended up with stained fingers trying to figure out if the bottoms of the eggs were meant to be kept or salvaged. I've washed my hands several times and still have dye on my fingers. The egg carton is comes in serves well to play in as well as providing ample storage space for the little pieces. Overall a little messy for my taste but it has earned the stamp of approval from my daughter.
