Pack the quick clotting gauze directly into the wound at the bleeding source (wound bed or vessel). Once the wound is firmly packed apply consistent pressure for at least 3 minutes or until bleeding stops. Reassess for further bleeding.

Stop the bleeding

Promise to stop bleeding quickly. Work especially well on the tip of a finger with a moderate cut and lots of bleeding. Very pleased that it performed as promised!

Looks good

Hard to review unless you have to use it. Good if you don’t have to use it though. It’s a quick clot type thing. Bought this for ifak re-up as these items have an expiry date. Package seems a bit larger than it needs to be. Can probably trim. There are a few easy tear locations on each side for easy opening.
