I liked this a lot when I first received it and rubbed it on the back of my hands. It left them very silky soft and not greasy at all. The smell is a very nice, soft vanilla scent. Very pleasant. When I tried it on my face though, it was not the same. Just a tiny amount left my face feeling like I had put Vaseline on it.(hate that feeling) I left it on, hoping that it was just temporary and would eventually feel like it did on my hands, but, it did not. I still like it and will use it, just not on my face. Will I purchase it again, probably not. I am still giving it 5 stars because it does do what it says, just not for my face. You may have a different experience 🤷‍♀️

After trying almost every Tallow Balm out there, Traditional Nutrients is by far my Favorite! This is a deeply moisturizing,non greasy, very generous in size, ALL NATURAL Ingredients ( no break outs whatsoever) and the scent is so fresh and soft. My boyfriend and I both use this tallow balm from head to toe and could not be happier that we found something that we both love and enjoy giving each other as gifts when we run low on product. Within 24 hours, this balm helped with red irritation and itching on my neck that was caused as a reaction from other facial products. My skin barrier had been compromised from those commercial products, and I had previously tried to treat the area with numerous remedies for over 4 months. Nothing worked until I used this tallow. The first application was applied overnight. When I woke in the morning, the area on my neck had improved by 80%, and after a second use, it completely healed the area. In my research, I learned that not all tallow is equal. “Suet” tallow is the most pure form and that was an important ingredient for me during my selection process. This balm is a little greasy, so I plan to only apply as a nightly routine, but it has definitely proven to be working on my skin. I highly recommend this product.

LOVE this! It smells divine and makes my skin sooo soft. A little bit spreads a long way - awesome because it’s not cheap! However, I didn’t realize it had honey in it and my skin breaks out with any kind of topical product with honey. Definitely going to buy the one without honey in it. -47yr old female in perimenopause with combination skin.

Originally I was aiming for a pure beef tallow and I accidentally ordered this one including honey and vanilla. I must say I do like it and I feel it's hydrating and giving my skin a glow. A small amount goes far and the aroma is subtle and pretty.
