These have been a Godsend for my husband since he had to have double nephrostomy bags put in. We put these over top of his underwear then put the bags in the pockets then pants over top and no one knows he has the bags. We'll made and wash well (I air dry them). One of the best Amazon purchases I've made and highly recommend.

I purchased a 2pack to figure the best way to accommodate two recently 'surprise' nephrostomy bags. I am a 51yr old female, that is adapting to my 2 new best friends, and I was searching for a great home for them, since they have attachment issues.I have had them for a couple of weeks now, and worn and washed them a few times. I absolutely love, love the concept because it provides better mobility, freedom and I forget I have the bags when I wear it under dresses! I encourage you to keep reading,if you are feeling anxious while searching for things you never thought you'll search for, to make the decision best for you.Design: I LOVE the overall concept. Pocket placement is great, good tube guide to avoid tugging. Pocket-size perfectly accommodate my 500 ml bags. Release opening is placed well. Good length. The fabric is holding up so far, and has some elasticity. It shrinks a little back into shape in the dryer.BUT, these are not tailored with woman's bodies in mind at all. These pants are cut strangely. The fabric bunches up in certain areas we don't have the anatomy to occupy and the overall fit is bad, when you have any curves.Color: Baby pink and baby blue is all you could come up with to appeal to women? This is not a pleasantry purchase, during an already uncomfortable time. I think there is opportunity here to design a more feminine oriented version and create a better shopping experience by offering more diverse color options. 1 StarThe waist band: The band is too tight.It is a fairly strong and unforgiving elastice band. Unfortunately, after surgery, recovery and in general, the area on the lower back and flanks are very sensitive at times, and any swelling can cause the band to cut into the skin and these pants can painful to wear at times. (Not pleasant when you are out and about) I cut the band open to cut the elastic for relief, but it is sewn in with the seam of the band. May I suggest a wider, adjustable waistband 1 StarI gave 4 Stars overall, because I am aware that women come in all shapes and sizes and that some of the things I discribed may not apply to you.I truly think this a great concept. The product itself is made well with good (still testing durability) materials and this is worth the purchase to see if it creates more Aease, mobility, and wardrobe options for you.

Great quality and soft on the skin and you cant even tell u have bags when worn underneath clothing.

Really well constructed with very soft material that feels great against the skin. Keep in mind that the drainage bag is held at the hips so this is only going to work with the bag in the pocket for patients with a catheter due to gravity. I did test to see how well a standard drainage bag works and it fits perfectly with a small cutout at the bottom for the drain valve. I have not seen any other product on the market that is like this. I also like that there is a variety of patterns and colors and this is basically a unisex product.

These are nice shorts, designed with incontinence sufferers in mind. There are two pockets on the sides, just large enough to hold urine drainage bags, with openings at the bottom of each pocket for feeding the drainage tube through. The material is very soft and the elastic waistband can accommodate a range of waist sizes. I got these in pink (my favorite color).
