Seals my garage well. No more water coming through the bottom of my garage door. I was able to align it perfectly with the seal on the bottom of the door. Now my neighbors want one too! Cuts to fit with a utility knife. Comes with good instructions. Got it right the first time! I suggest masking off the floor as shown. Silicone gets on everything. I supported it to allow for alignment on installation as I didn’t have help. Included a photo of the cutout. Take your time and you won’t regret it! Great product.

I have only laid it out so far but I love it. My garage door opening is 20 ft. The left side is perfectly level but the right side has a 1 1/2 inch slope. Nothing I could find would fill the gap until this product. Was able to use the 1 1/4 inch and it works perfect even without using the adhesive because it is so heavy duty. I will be gluing down but wanted shout out how happy I am with this seal. First photo shows how heavy duty and shape. 2nd photo shows gap and 3rd photo shows the gap completely filled with this excellent seal! This seal has worked perfectly. Two hard blowing rains since I glued it down. No leakage at all. Great product.

The only size (profile height) I was able to find for my application. The length was perfect with just about 3 inches left over from a 16ft roll for double garage door. Marking, cutting ends to shape/length, taping, sanding the epoxy, vacuuming, swiping the sanders area before applying the glue was a 2hrs process. Placing the threshold was fairly easy, but pressing it requires some effort and the cleaning of overrun glue. If you have no epoxy surface I would recommend pre taping to the exact edges of the threshold. After placing the threshold over the glue it’s not a bad idea to close the garage door and look for light leaks to adjust the threshold a bit. Cleaning overrun after pressing requires a full roll of paper towels and it’s a bit messy. I hope it sticks solid after the glue dries. Expensive. The price maybe the main deterrent.

This was easy to install and works great. I bought this quite a while ago and it has held up nicely.

We bought the 1-1/4” product because water kept getting into the garage from one corner of our double-wide garage door. We laid it out flat the day before to ensure it would be easy to work with and not curl on us during install since the adhesive is a commercial adhesive with quick adhesion. Instructions are great; text and pictures. The product cuts/trims pretty easily; we used heavy duty scissors. Recommend cutting the adhesive tip a little bit larger than recommended 1/2”; there’s a lot of pressure on the caulk gun trigger with that small of an opening. Still, highly recommend this product. It was a little bit pricey, but now having received the product and see the quality and results, it was well worth it. We have also received compliments and inquiries by several neighbors! No more water coming in and an unexpected bonus is no more leaves, grass or dirt either!

We tried other rain barriers before. This one is by far the most effective.

Was able to self install but an additional would have made it easier. Installed on outside of door track because it allows for a much tighter fit. Mastic must be super as I ruined 3 caulk guns due to strength of mastic. No rain yet to test but looks good in place. Product is expensive compared to others but hope extra cost means longer life.

So easy to put down on our garage floor, we did it ourselves and just followed the easy to read instructions. We have had a leaf free winter after fitting this and it also stops quite a bit of the draft. It does exactly what we wanted.
