Seems to work great. Not sure I’m using it right. I’ve had it since December 2022 and it’s been great.

Died after 5 days.
It's not a cooling system. It is an insulator with an led light. BIG DEAL! You can make you own insulator if that's the case. The Indicator light stopped working after 5 days. Overpriced gimmick.

Protects by insuline pen well from damage
I tested it on a previously expired insulin and it only regulates the current temperature but not the freshness of the product. Too expensive. Holds by basaglar pen perfectly but ended up looking for a YouTube video to figure out how to insert the appropriate ring to snap the pen into place.

Great device to keep insulin protected
It’s the best way to keep insulin protected from heat. From now on I use it all the time with my insulin pen. Just click and GO… No preparations. The most important it keeps my insulin at room, and it’s not cold for injection.

残念でした
本日届きましたが商品説明写真のシルバーの部分が、届いたものはグレーのプラスチックで見た目が大変安っぽい仕様に変えられています。またブリスターケースに入って届いたのですが衛生商品にも関わらずゴムのボタン部分にタバコの葉っぱ？みたいな茶色いゴミが付いていた(当方禁煙者)。 全く欲しくないマスコットが貰える販売店の購入キャンペーンの紙が入ってましたが、ブリスターの中にまで入れる必要はありますでしょうか？ 機能は問題ないとは思いますが、使用者を限定し選択肢もない商品なだけに、どうしても必要なので返品は諦めますが、残念な仕様変更や杜撰な衛生状態など本当に心を痛めました。

Lifesaver or at least a help
I got this for my daughter who is not being offered the option of a insulin pump, her blood sugars are all over the place but she has her pen in the car and that could kill the insulin in this hot weather so this is ideal to remove one possible cause of erratic bg levels and then we can move on to something else.
