Honestly, I am giving this a five star review because it fit in my unit, and I haven’t had to use it

Holy cow, this AED beeps every 10 seconds once the battery goes low! Glad to get this replacement battery, although it’s pricey.

This battery with an install by date of Nov 2925 was installed in July 2020 and was dead by The end of November 2020. Never discharged. Kept at room temperature.

This battery should last five years it lasted nine months and stopped working I called Philips they said that they sold the company to Sales Americas I tried calling them but could only email which I did waited two month without any response then I emailed them again they asked for the sales slip which I provided they said that Philips should deal with it . They both are refusing to deal with a battery that is essential on the AED . Very poor customer service . Be warned.

Went with the name brand here due to the nature of the device they power. Didn't want a possible failure of an off brand on my conscience. The extra cost means I can sleep better at night. Simple installation.

Hard to do an honest review, since I've never had to use the AED to shock someone, but the battery is an exact fit for the old one, and the AED self test checked out after installing, so hope its good. Hope it lasts longer than 5 years, as they are expensive, but sure don't want a dead battery when/if you do need to use the AED. 1 Star off for the excessive price, but can't complain otherwise.

And, after getting this, almost on cue, the AED seems fine. Having a backup battery is a really good idea though. Especially if yours is a few years old. True to the reviews on the device we have, it was al,most to the day when they said we'd start having some signal that the battery was 'getting there'. Get the spare electrode kits too. They aren't reusable, or at least aren't supposed to be, from what I've read.It looks totally legit to.

Lors du changement de batterie, l'appareil opère un reset qui est très lent. Bien patienter jusqu'à la fin de la procédure, sinon l'appareil continuera à considérer que la batterie est à remplacer en émettant des bips à intervalles réguliers.

Battery only lasted 3 months! Can’t seem to find how to contact the seller either

Purchased 6 batteries for our sites in November 2023, we have had to replace 1 of the batteries this month (February 2025) so for a battery that had a 4 year 'guarantee, that has lasted just 15 months at £175.00 each.However, a small price to pay for soemone's life.
