Don’t buy, it’s not an upgrade.

This was purchased for a group of Carmelite nuns who wanted to upgrade to their existing Encore software ware.. they told me “It’s not an upgrade BUT EXACT SAME AS THE ENCORE SOFTWARE “. So it’s useless and basically a waste of money. I won’t have enough time to return or exchange it as it the nuns are abroad.

This program was returned because it kept crashing. It was not an upgrade at all. It was the same serial number as the original program I have.

Upgrade

My son bought this Encore 5 Upgrade without knowing that one needed the full version of Encore 5 all ready installed in the computer. Therefore, he was not able to use it. When the package arrived in the USPS, it was never opened and was returned. Now he's going to purchase the full version of Encore 5 which I have used for years and really believe in this product.
