First impression is that it is a great product. Pros 1 Pastel green i ordered ( which they call blue colour ) is really appealing, soothing,, exactly as in the product page picture 2 Heating is good 3 Capacity is slightly large than 1.2 litre models, good round shape. 4 The upper steaming chamber and its handle too are made of heat resistant material. No fear of burning hands. Great advantage which most other premium kettles of this kind don't offer. For many others the upper chamber is steel, not heat laminated. 5 Power cable and 3 pin made of good quality. 6 Regulator for temperature is made of sturdy material. 7 At low price, you are getting a premium Kettle Con : Hardly any cons, would appreciate if a 360 degree rotating base model of this style is provided. Overall its a beautiful model, heats quickly and serves the purpose.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the product Pigeon By Stovekraft Swift Plus Multi-Cook Kettle 1.5L that I recently purchased for ₹1300. Upon receiving the parcel today, I was highly disappointed to find that the product appeared to be previously used. There were visible stains inside the kettle, indicating that it had already been used for cooking, which is completely unacceptable for a new purchase. Furthermore, the product is not functioning properly. When I switch on the kettle, it turns on for only about 3 seconds and then immediately switches off. I attempted multiple times, but the issue persists. Additionally, the indicator light does not remain on as expected, which further confirms that the product is defective. I am also concerned about the lack of a proper return policy. The platform is only offering a replacement, and even for that, I am receiving warnings about multiple returns from past purchases, which is unfair in this situation as the defect is not due to any fault on my part. This experience is extremely disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the Pigeon brand. I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and provide an appropriate resolution, either through a replacement with a properly functioning and unused product or a full refund.
