Much Better Than I Expected
I’ve been smoking for years and have tried a few different things to quit, so I wasn’t expecting much from this. But honestly, this Nicorette gum has been pretty helpful. The taste is actually decent for nicotine gum. It’s way less gross than the other stuff I’ve tried, and the minty/cooling feeling makes it easier to use when a craving hits. It doesn’t feel as harsh or medicinal as I expected.I also like that it’s the whitening version. Obviously it’s not some miracle teeth-whitening treatment, but as a smoker it’s nice to feel like I’m doing something a little extra while also trying to quit. The 210-piece pack is a good value if you know you’re going to be using it regularly. It’s nice not having to keep buying small packs all the time. The chew-and-park thing takes a minute to get used to, but once you do, it works fine. It helps take the edge off cravings and gives you something to do with your mouth, which is part of the battle for me.Overall, I’d buy it again. It’s not perfect, but it’s one of the better nicotine gums I’ve tried and it’s definitely helped me cut back.

Effective in stopping cravings for cigarettes, pleasant taste and convenient
Nicorette Icy White 2mg Gums are a very effective way to keep nicotine cravings at bay. I've not smoked cigarettes since using these. They are convenient to use, as they are discreetly chewed then tucked under your lip/gum.The 2mg strength is great for me. For reference, I used to smoke between 10-15 cigarettes a day and these gums stop me craving the ciggies and provide a pleasant tasting relief.I've tried other flavoured, but I prefer the Ivy White one, it's fresh and minty.
