I replaced the tired and worn upvc handle on our summerhouse with this, I was a little unsure if it would be suitable as our previous one is a straight through handle and i didn't notice this one was offset until I ordered it.thankfully it was not an issue and I had no problems fitting it. it should have only taken me a couple of minutes as the process is incredibly straighforward but thanks to the poor diy skills of the previous owner of our property i had to spend some time with a dremel to get the poorly drilled holes in our door properly set. otherwise it was just a case of unscrewing the old one and replacing it with this one.in use this handle is designed to only operate from the outside by turning the key to unlatch the lock. the handle does not engage the mechanism, this means the door will lock when you close it and require the key to open it from the outside, it's more secure but increases the potential you may lock yourself out if not careful.the build quality and finish are both excellent and it includes two length spindles and screws to match different door thicknesses.the end result looks great and we're really pleased with how it turned out. great product.

Esta manija de puerta de pvc trae todo lo necesario para su instalación.Puedes elegir cuál quieres poner más a la vista, ya que no es igual por ambas partes, el fallo es que en una se ve el tornillo y en la otra no, y justo para nuestro gusto es en la parte menos bonita donde no se ve.Por un lado tiene un diseño más elegante y fino y por el otro más robusto, siendo una manija en mi opinión exagerada de tamaño, pero quizás más cómoda.El material parece bueno y resistente a la intemperie, nosotros lo hemos colocado en el exterior en una zona que le pega bastante la lluvia de norte.Pese a haber comprobado las medidas antes de pedirlo la zona de la cerradura no nos ha cuadrado bien, pero lo hemos solucionado limando un poco y rellenando después con silicona.La instalación no lleva ningún problema, no es necesario saber para hacerlo, muy intuitivo.

Le due parti sono diverse, una è la normale maniglia dritta e semplice, l'altro lato la maniglia è bombata, forse per una comodità di appoggio della mano. La maniglia è rivestita in Upvc, un tipo particolare di pvc molto rigido e resistente.Il posizionamento della maniglia è a scatto, servito da 4 molle (per ogni lato !!) Queste sono disegnate per l'uso su infissi in pvc (chiusa, aperta, vasistas) ma si possono usare anche come maniglie "normali" su porte che abbiano uno spessore MINIMO di 2 centimetri. (dalle mie foto si vedono bene le parti filettate che accolgono le viti, che penetreranno all'interno della porta)La ferramenta fornita è esagerata, di solito ti arrivano un perno quadro da tagliare e due viti da tagliare a misura e ciaociao. A me sono arrivati 2 coppie di perni quadri di 2 misure diverse, in totale 4 perni, e ne serve solo uno (la scorta della scorta !! ) e due coppie di viti di 2 misure diverse, in totale 4 viti, ne servono 2 (quindi solo la scorta) Fin troppo.La maniglia è bellissima, perfetta. MA non è quella che ho ordinato, io ho ordinato una maniglia NERA e IN LINE mentre quella che mi è arrivata è bianca e offset (offset= i due lati con maniglie disassate, una più alta dell'altra) Probabilmente un errore di immagazzinamento, oppure di etichettatura, un utente di fronte ad un errore del genere dovrebbe sicuramente fare un reso.Per questo motivo 3 stelle. La maniglia è a dir poco ottima, ma è sbagliata.
