Gets the job done exactly how it's supposed to. It took me a few times to memorize how to put them on but now that I've gotten comfortable with them they're very helpful for deadlifting, walking lunges, farmers carries, when using heavy dumbbells

I have tried may different straps and although these look the same as all the others, they are much more comfy on the wrist then other brands. The padding is wider and the edges are smooth to not bother. The length is also just right that you don't need to cut. Good product for the price.
