Worth subscribing and committing
Been really happy with the Known ashwagandha gummies. They taste great, are easy to take every day, and I’ve genuinely felt calmer and more balanced since starting them. No weird aftertaste either — will definitely be buying again

A bit of a mixed review for these from me, they helped me get off to sleep, I think, chewable format easy to use, and a reasonable dosage, good quality packing and ‘lozenge’ great tasting, however the effects of these were lower than other brands so not sure. The effect, on me anyway, of ashwagandha seems to put me to sleep faster - only if I try within the first hour after taking (as it does state sort of on the usage directions), otherwise if you leave it a few hours before bed it keeps you awake. More importantly for me a side effect is that it leaves me sluggish and struggling to wake up the next morning, which clears soon after, but you have to force yourself to get up some days ( different to without it!). There’s been no other noticeable benefits other than the get to sleep quicker - and that’s only in the first hour.

They taste nice and I think they do have a positive impact on my sleep.

Good price and taste but don’t be daft like me and take them without checking properly first of you should have them whilst taking over medications as it did set me off on a bit of a mental wobble as I increased my serotonin quite rapidly. Not the company’s fault but just a warning of yo are desperate and after a quick fix. You may do yourself more harm than good.

I’ve been taking these for a couple of years now ,I would never change the brand - I am not a very good sleeper, and although these gummies don’t make me sleep ,they are definitely part of the wind down , make me more relaxed , enhance my mood

Excellent produit, le goût est un peu fort, donc persi je met la voite au congélo, comme ça quand je me serre, au debut c’est dure dans la bouche puis tres caoutchouteux de suite et le goût du coup deviens plus agréable.
