Returned! The size was much smaller than a king size pillow and it was hard. I ended have a drink in my neck and felt worse after using it. Also it did not cool as the was it said it should.

C 5, 6, 7, are fused. Those pillow was worth every dime I paid for it!!

But our neck hurts i wanted to like it so i gave a 2 week chance it got worse im sorry not for us i guessed! Maybe we slept in wrong position i dunno!!!

I decided to order this item for my lower back. From the looks of it with that extra cushion in the middle it would help my back when I sit on the couch. Item came rolled and compressed. So you have to open and let it decompress for 24 hours to get the fullness of the pillow. This pillow did not disappoint. It is very soft and gives my back great support. Its medium soft and not firm. Pillow has a removable cover that you can wash. Since this pillow has an odd shape good luck looking for a pillow case for this. So just use it just as is and wash the cover when it gets dirty. As for neck and head support. I personally don't like it. I prefer a straight forward medium firm pillow for my head. But I am still giving this 5 stars since this can be good head and neck support for other people. 5 stars because it feels good for my back. Oh one more thing.... this pillow has no factory or foam smell. And that is a plus.

I'm always looking for ways to make my sleep better, so I thought I'd try out this pillow. I can't say anything spectacular, it's just average. It's flatter than it looks in the pictures, and it's quite firm (especially for memory foam). I saw no benefit in the arm rests because I don't sleep on my stomach. At least I didn't wake up with head or neck aches like some of the other reviewers. Going back to my old memory foam pillow that also has cooling gel on it.
