I was unsure about this mask at first since it was different from the ones I’d used before, but it turned out to be surprisingly effective. At first, I didn’t apply it properly, so it kept slipping off. But once I got the hang of it, it stayed on perfectly for 30–40 minutes. I also loved how fresh it felt on my skin without any sticky residue. When I took it off, I was genuinely amazed— the fine lines around my mouth looked softer, and my whole face felt lifted. After using the mask, I like to apply a lifting cream before bed. The mask was dry. I had to really wet my face even after I applied toner to just get it to stick. Maybe it was old? I love all the products from them so I tried this new mask out and was disappointed. It’s sticky and only was able to work it when I added some water to the mask.

Just follow the instructions and the mask pieces stay put without sliding around (which is usually my biggest pet peeve with face masks). What really surprised me was how hydrating this mask is. The collagen and retinol combo seems to be doing its thing because my skin feels firmer and looks more refreshed. I've already ordered another set - definitely worth trying if you're looking for a mask that delivers on its promises!

I love this brand's collagen mask, so I tried this one. IT IS NOWHERE near the same quality. It is MUCH drier, not much serum compared to the DEEP COLLAGEN MASK. It gapped & did not adhere to my face. Whereas the deep collagen one is literally dripping w serum & adheres completely to form a mask. This one had to come off within a 1/2 hour of application bc it wouldn't stick. There's NO WAY this would stay on overnight like the Deep Collagen. Returned it. What a waste of time & effort. Skip it.

It’s very hard to apply it to your face. It will not stiay. The only way I made it stay is by making two holes in the end , and loop it around my ears. Despite the product inconvenience it really does work. It did give me a good lift. Probably will keep purchasing, but I’ll have to come up with something that will make it stay on my face. I would’ve gave it a 5 but they need to modify the mask a little bit.

I use so many of these facial masks and quite honestly this is the very first one that delivered exactly what it said it would deliver. I put this on overnight and when I wake up, my skin is glorious.

I was surprised to see other negative reviews; this mask is fantastic! I use this one night a week following my evening skincare routine. And that means when I apply it, it’s going on a face that has been cleansed, toned, serumed and moisturized. I think having a “sticky” or “moist” (sorry for that word) may be key. It creates a barrier that makes everything bake in, so I use my most intense products this night. Also, as one review said, applying in front of a mirror is key. The mask is extremely stretchable, and you need to focus on application by region—applying and removing the liner material as you do first the forehead, then each cheek, then the bottom under the chin flaps. It’s extremely dry where I live in the winter, and I’ve noticed a massive difference since adding this to my regime.
