I originally bought this cooler case because I needed to fly with my medication, and it worked better than I expected. The color matched the photos and the outside material has a light waterproof feel, which helped protect everything while moving through the airport. The cooling pack freezes quickly and kept my medication cold for several hours during travel, including time spent waiting in the terminal. Inside, the space is well designed. The mesh pockets hold pens and small supplies securely so nothing shifts around, and the zipper opens smoothly when you need to grab something fast. The size is compact, easy to pack in a carry on or personal bag, and it doesn’t add extra weight. For the price, it has great value because it keeps medication organized, cool, and safe the entire trip. If you travel or fly often, this case makes the process a lot easier.

I had to trip to take and needed to take my EpiPen. I usually just carry it around in my purse. But I would be going through TSA security and read that I had to disclose it. So I did some research and found that it’s supposed to be kept at a moderately cool temperature. I wanted to make sure that it would be ok on the plane even though it would be in my carry on bag. So I pick out one of these bags that stood out a little and I thought was pretty. It worked wonderfully. I could even fit both ice packs in it with my EpiPen plus a little empty spray bottle. The ice packs don’t stay frozen for very long. A couple hours max. They were thawed after my three and a half hour flight. But I’m sure it helped. I also discovered that TSA wants the packs to be frozen to go through security and not thawed or it’s considered a liquid. I don’t know how that would work on an international flight where you have to switch planes. It’s very durable and I thought the leopard design was fun and not so boring. It traveled great and took up little room in my carry on. I am very happy with the bag.

This is a small cooler with ice packs included for medication’s needing refrigeration while traveling. The material is sturdy and it has a nice appearance. It’s a good value for the money. It’s small and compact but big enough to organize the syringes, medication, and anything else I need for the injection. For short trips, it helps with temperature retention. For longer trips to Europe I found it did not stay cold long enough. There’s no odor, so it must be odor resistant. I do find it helpful, but wish that it would stay at least cool for my entire travel time when traveling abroad.

Used this to carry my Zepbound, sharps, and other injection supplies on a trip. Worked great and kept everything cold from from home to a refrigerator at my destination and back (over 7 hours each each way). Absolutely no problem with TSA as the ice packs stayed frozen on the way to the airport. I thought the zipper worked smoothly and the one I got seemed well constructed. It was worth it! I would recommend it.

Useful for travelling. Keeps insulin pens cold and protected. Not too big and easily can put 2-3 pens into bag and including the performs strips and injects.

If you are looking for something that can keep your insulin cool for more than 4-5 hours at max, I wouldn’t recommend this for you. I tested it with the two ice packs that were included with the product, but it wouldn’t last 5-6 hours in hot weather. I tested it in my home where it is cold now in winter, and after 8 hours it was almost room temperature. This is with the two ice packs! If it was one ice pack, it wouldn’t even last this much, i think will keep it though and use it as an insulin case, but not as a cooler.
