I absolutely love these Face Halo makeup remover pads! They’re super easy to use — just wet with water and gently wipe away makeup, even foundation, bronzer and everyday products without needing extra cleanser. The microfibers really do a great job at lifting makeup and dirt from the skin without tugging or irritating. One of the biggest reasons I bought this set was because they’re eco-friendly and reusable — each pad can replace hundreds of single-use wipes and cut down on waste, which is something I really care about. They’re also vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, which I love. They’re soft on all skin types, including sensitive skin, and make makeup removal feel kind of luxurious compared to disposable wipes. A few reviewers do note that stubborn waterproof mascara or heavy eye makeup might need a bit more effort or a follow-up cleanser, but for everyday makeup this is perfect. The only small downside is that the white pads can stain with dark makeup over time, but that’s expected and doesn’t affect performance.

I've been using these for a few years. Great for removing all makeup, even my mascara. I use the pad first to gently remove makeup (no rubbing or scrubbing needed) then I wash my face to remove any residual dirt, oil etc. before pat-drying and applying a little moisturiser. My very easily irritated skin is so thankful. So is my purse! as no more expensive and totally unnecessary makeup remover lotions, potions and chemicals. I wash out the pad immediately after use, reuse it for a couple of days, then pop it in the washing machine when I do a towel wash. I let them air dry naturally (I have to, I don't have a tumble dryer), and they come up like new time after time. Eventually, after a couple of years, they did start to look a little grey, although they still worked, so I have treated myself to a new set. I really do recommend trying them - and saving both your skin and your purse.

I don't usually review items I purchase, but I was so impressed with these that I had to! I saw them reviewed on Huda Kattan's blog and give them a try as she rated them highly. I wear a full face of makeup everyday and go through multiple cotton pads and micellar water every night removing my makeup. These pads are amazing! By only using water they take off approx 95% of my makeup by using and rinsing them out twice. I always double cleanse, so use a cotton pad and the micellar water to do a final sweep which removes the last little bits. Long term, these pads will save money spent on cotton pads and cleanser. After each use I rinse with soap and wash in the washing machine once a week. My only complaint and the reason for not the full 5 stars is that they never go fully back to white even when washed in the washing machine. But I definitely recommend these for makeup removal. I feel like they also give your skin a gentle exfoliation each time, which is great!

Great for all ages and skin types. Removes with just water so good for environment. Great for daughter and nice who are too young for lots of skin products at moment. Soft and fluffy feel but work really well

Five years ago I bought nine. Just replaced them. They last amazingly well. I use them with micellar water and they clean perfectly leaving your skin barrier intact. My erratic acne cleared up completely. A great product.

I really wanted to do away with facial wipes for environmental reasons but finding a product that will deal with waterproof eye make up is difficult. Even wipes don't deal with that, requiring separate eye make up remover. I watched the demos and read the reviews for this product and decided to give them a try. They are amazing. I wear light foundation make up but waterproof eye make up, these microfibre solutions do it all with ease and all you need is water. They take of the make up easily, clearly water doesn't irritate your skin, leaving it fresh and ready for a bit of moisturiser. I am so pleased that it deals with eye make up in the same way, a few more swipes needed per eye but it gets every last scrap off, leaving your eyes and lashes completely fresh. I then wash the cloth with some liquid hand soap, air dry in my bathroom for the next day, I use it 3 times before I wash it in the washer and it also goes in the tumble dryer coming out looking brand new. All traces of eye make up are gone, there is no staining after a wash and tumble dry. I am so pleased with this product.

Such a game changer. Never believed in the whole ‘remove with just water’ thing but wanted to try it so finally went for it. It actually works! So easy and soft on the skin, it makes me wash my face so much more often. They do stain quite easily if you don’t wash right away - I try to wash by hand with a little bit of natural soap or shampoo after using and it generally comes up as new. Bought them because you could machine wash but actually found you really don’t need to. Good quality material - I can see how some with sensitive skin may have issues as the way the material is designed to remove make up with only water means it is not quite as soft as your average towel but really not by much so great for most people I’d say. Bought as a gift but so great I bought a second set for myself. They are expensive and I’d recommend really trying to get them while on offer but to be honest still worth the £17/18 as they will save SO much money on disposable wipes. Ideal for travelling too and keeping in your purse for on the go. Overall would definitely recommend to all I know!
