Is this something that can be sent overseas to military personal?

Yes. easily. Get the address from your soldier, if they are deployed overseas all the things people send ship to a central base in the US and then are sent to the appropriate places—Amazon does not charge shipping for APO/military shipments. It does take approx 4 weeks to get where it’s going though, so send early and send often! Hope this helps!
