Elon Lanolin-Rich Nail Conditioner – Strengthens Nails, Protects Cuticles, Dermatologist-Recommended for Brittle & Damaged Nails (10g tube, 2 Pack)

I have been using this as directed for two weeks so far and I must say this really seems like a promising product. My nails are severely dry from going to the salon to cleaning and regular hand washing. It’s even keeping the current damage I have from splitting and chipping even more which just blows my mind bc nothing has ever helped as much as this has. I can’t wait to finish growing out the damage. The first day I used it, i saw and felt a difference. My nails soaked it right up! Make sure to apply as directed, you have to apply it several times a day to start. The amount provided is small but please know that a little bit really does go a long way. Start with a small amount and increase from there. It spreads nicely. Now, i did start using gloves when i clean and do dishes and I’m sure that’s helped things along too. Oh and yes, it does have a smell but it’s not like a smell where someone walks in and they can smell it, only I can smell it and it fades shortly after applying. I would definitely recommend anyone having issues with their nails to give this a try. I think you will be pleased by it except for the smell but that’s a temporary issue. Update: I have been using this since May. I’m on my second tube and it’s August. My damage has pretty much grown out and I have nails again! The second tube does not smell as bad as my first so not sure what the deal is with that. I will continue to use this bc I don’t think I can go without it- it’s literally the only thing that’s ever worked! Just remember a little goes a long way (if I use too much, I put it on my toenails..they love it too! lol) and wear gloves when handling chemicals and washing dishes!! It doesn’t seem to help with nail ridges but maybe that just takes more time? Idk and I don’t expect that to go away. My nails are hard and not easy to bend anymore too. I haven’t had any peeling or splitting nonesense, just nicks here and there from being rough with my hands. I’m sorry I do not have a before pic but I think we all know what damaged nails can look like.

I have been using Elon Nail Conditioner for 4 months now and if I took a before/after photo, I could stop writing this review! Amazing results for me. The layers of my nails were peeling so badly and the sides of my nails were just crumbling. After many years of battling this issue (which was getting worse by the day) and trying many different types of products, I asked my derm dr when I saw her beginning of January. She told me my nails were just really dried out from all the nail polish use (plus my over 65 age) and to get this product. Note that I have never worn artificial nails nor did I use shellac/gel polish; I have been using organic nail polish for the past few years. I used it 3x per day. It is very sticky and thick so you only need a tiny bit. Here are two important tips: after you apply it, do not wet your hands for at least 30 minutes and BE PATIENT. Nails grow very slowly. I did start to see some improvement after 4 weeks. Now, 4 months later, my nails are growing out, the peeling and crumbling have stopped, and my nails look healthy. I am going to continue for another month and then begin nail polish again; I also plan on continuing to use this before bed . YEAH! I hope this works for you as well.

For years my nails have been incredibly weak. They were peeling, shredding, and I still can’t get them to grow out past a certain length without them ripping and breaking so easily. I used to get them done professionally and I’d often ask why my nails were so weak, but they’d tell me I had “normal nails”. I recently went to my dermatologist to see what she recommended when the medical assistant told me about this nail conditioner. I’ve been applying 2-3 a day for the last 3 days due to my nail severity and I’ve already noticed a difference in overall appearance and strength. I wish I would have taken a before picture of my nails. The day I started the cream, the tips of my nails were peeing and the skin around the sides of my nails were ripped and red from my skin peeling so easily. I’m really excited to keep using this product to see how they’ll keep changing and hopefully grow a little longer. The product has a different smell to it, but there was review that mentioned it’s due to the lanolin that’s in it. It does leave a waxy/sticky feeling, but I think it’s because there’s beeswax in it. It takes a minute to soak in and a little dot goes a LONG way. The first time I used it I had difficulty getting the cream to come out so I ended up putting a lot of product on my nails, however; after the first application the cream comes out a lot easier and I’m able to put a lot less on my nails!

I have a history of having very short/dry/peeling nails. My nails always stay short because they start to peel anytime they get a centimeter long. I have taking many vitamins for nails, and while they do help them grow faster, I was still having the splitting problem. I have been using this nail cream for just 1.5 months and I've already seen a huge difference in my nail quality! They have never gotten this long without peeling. I can also tell they feel thicker than they've ever been. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the smell is not that great... But if you can get past the 5 minutes of smell it is totally worth it! This product keeps a hard coat on (drys after 10min), so when I wash my hands there is no water penetration to my nails on the first 2 washes! Working at a restaurant I am constantly having to wash/sanitize my hands. Now I don't have to worry about my nails at work anymore! Looking forward to how they will look after 3 months of use

Elon is the best nail rejuvenator I have ever tried. And I've tried plenty! Amazing difference in only a week. It is a little pricey but well worth the extra $. I only used it twice a day for the first week, but nails became smoother, stronger, less chip prone, and they actually grew a little! Second week was even better. Got busy the third week and didn't use it regularly and nails remained stable. Second week of not using, nails deteriorated rapidly to former problems. You will need to be consistent with use. When I started using again, results improved as before. Buy the three-pack. It will keep you om schedule and make it easier to apply on a regular basis.

I had high hopes for this because I have a chronic split in one of my nails I'd hoped this would help. The cream itself felt very thick, so seems like it will help those who use it. But the petrolatum smell was so overwhelming that I couldn't use it.

This stuff is awesome. It has a different smell, like something burnt but it works so well. After I put it on i use lotion and that covers the smell. I put a little on the cuticle area and rub in. It makes my cuticles so soft and it lasts as well. I like it better then putting the oily stuff on my nails. So pleased with this stuff. It spreads really easy so you do not need much. I am going to get the three pack next time because this is my "go to" for cuticle issues and daily moistening.

I used this faithfully as to the instructions but found there was not enough in the tube for the recommended usage. I did notice that it noticeably dealt with the cuticle build up but have yet to see if it cures the vertical lines

Works very well. Very pleased with results after a month of regular use.

LIked the product - a little greasy but it is lanolin after all and if it does the trick I wont mind that in the slightest. Its difficult to actually say if its doing anything at the moment - have only been using it about three weeks but one thing I think its doing so far is preventing the breaks I always got before. To date I havent had the usual tears at the sides and this may be due to the nails being more 'flexible' than they were. If the continual moisturising with this assists growth I'll be very happy but cant really comment on that as I am taking an additional supplement to help this. One thing about the tube though is that it could be smaller as you have to squeeze it almost half way down when first opening before you get any lanolin out - hopefully this is not due to the content being short. I bought two tubes - both were the same. Other than that I'm happy that my nails are not tearing - thats a huge leap forward.
