I am using this product for a while and love it.

I bought these at first to do a cleanse and they were so great, that I bought more and now I take just one every few days or so to clear things out if I have been eating badly. These are waaaaay better than any laxative and do not cause diarrhea, bloating or gas: the opposite and it actually soothes your gut. There is no cramping or mess or even extreme urgency. It's like your body just says, "ok, time to poop" and you go and have the best poop of your life.

I have used this product for a few years now and absolutely love it! I experience bouts of gastroparesis (vegus nerve stops pulsing to move the food down for digestion= digestion stops) , not as bad as many, but use this product to help my stomach function a bit when I feel it coming on (usually when I'm dieting due to overload of fiber). I have used this product for the full 14 days before, but I have also used it for 2-3 days at a time if I am feeling really bloated or feel my stomach issues coming back, it tends to kickstart my body again to clear some junk out of the way. If you are not dieting or watching what you eat while taking this, you are going to experience more of the intense bathroom visits with this product, from what I've experienced. It truly does help me feel less bloated and overall feeling better after a few days. I keep this stocked in my cupboard!

This product is excellent!have been purchasing this otem.for 3 years so far and no complaints. The only thing is the manufacturer use to offer incentives (coupons) for this and other items of vitamins they sell.
