I like that I can hang the muff around my neck so it is hands free and available. I read some people found the hand opening small. I have some pretty big hands and I found the opening a comfortable size.Regulating the temperature is very basic and not very reliable. For my purposes this is ok because I need heat and quickly. Overall it is the best hand warming device I have found.The best part is the rechargeable battery that is easy to use and keep charged. I have been using it when I first get into car in morning. I warm one hand and switch it to other hand. It is so easy to slip in and out! I think the surround heating makes it work so well. It’s not like a hand warmer that heats one side of hand. I recommend it if you live in a cold climate, have an upcoming winter, or just simply want warm hands. We all love it in this household!

When unzipped and unrolled, only half side is heated and generally the center.Overall: Good deal, better functionality compared to others, power bank included, usb powered so portable for home, car, or wherever.

Do not buy. It only held the heat the 1st two times I used it and now hardly even gets Luke warm...I haven't even used it in over a month.. I should of returned it but I didn't think 3 outta 4 heating pads would just stop working and I the other one never showed up.....other than that it's awesome if u like broke/faulty stuff

It does not get hot. Keep hands warm and blocked the wind however it does not get to the temps it states. The battery pack goes into a pocket near the heating element so if using flat that may be an issue. Concept is great however hand warmers did a better job keeping hands warm.
