This is the 2nd time buying this product in hope that the first printer was just a faulty and glitchy printer however I now know its just a very useless printer! Simple instructions but yet soooo difficult to navigate through and simply connect to the wifi, tried many different recommended ways to set up this printer at one point even used youtube to assist and not a single one of the ways I tried picked up any signal! I am soo soo upset and devastated because I really wanted this product! Called canon customer service and they were completely and utterly useless aswell they also mentioned that no canon printer is able to use edible ink to print which completely deflated my hopes. So value for money is 0! Print quality 0 from me! i also scanned the W&W barcode for assistance and it lead me to a page full of useless information that I did not need to know at the time. I absolutely hate giving negative reviews but it’s only right I am honest about my review to help another shopper who may consider to know that they are in for a treat.
