Ordered for my kids and they love it. Said the pressure feels like its actually cleaning and getting stuff out of their braces. Just hoping it stays like that and the pressure doesnt die down after a few weeks. Had it for almost a week and havent had to charge it yet. Dropped the toung piece in the sink and had to order more. Was a little upset it wasnt the same shape as the first one. But shes okay with it.

I have this for just over a year and I noticed the tank lid came off. I inspected and saw the hinge is connected via metal pins with plastic cover. At the slight touch the plastic cover broke. I guess after repeated opening and closing the tank lid to fill with water, the tank lid finally succumb. Just so happened the one-year warranty expired. I was able close the tank lid and still fill the tank with water, but I know I won’t be using that to fill the tank. Overall good product, but Bitvae needs to improve on the hinge of the tank lid. Hoping they can honor my warranty with good faith but I doubt it.
