I personally didn't see any difference and I took them consistently 🤷🏻‍♂️

I wondered why these are marketed 'for men' because they don't actually contain any testosterone. ?.. I couldn't find a reason why a woman couldn't take them, because all they contain is maca and ashwagandha. I am a woman so decided to try them. I have been taking them for around a week and can honestly say I feel great on them. My energy levels are better, and also my mood. Definitely help balance the hormones. If I start to grow balls I will update... no balls to date though. Just a great product suitable for men and women.

It's still not clear what effects these supplements should have on. It didn't do any harm thus far. On a slight positive side, these supplements do make me feel "wake" all day, must point out that I am taking 2 a day, because with one did feel nothing. So, could suggest to review the dosage. Theses are easy to swallow. Size is acceptable. Value for money is good.

Don’t normally write reviews but I wish I knew about this way earlier. It really does work. (Everyone operates differently)It’s give you consistent energy thru out the day. I take two capsules around 9-10am and don’t go to bed til about 11-11:30pm (don’t feel the caffeine crash that comes from coffee etc.) helps you sleep. Also huge benefits for the fellas if wanna get your lady right due to Maca root 🤣 All jokes aside, don’t hesitate to buy. Great investment for your health.

I really liked the Black Maca + Ashwagandha. I noticed more energy during the day and even some improvement in mood and sleep. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the packaging is sleek and practical. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the results take a few weeks to show, so you need some patience. Overall, it’s a great supplement and I recommend it.

I can definitely tell the difference I’m on my second bottle and it does give you a boost of energy. Im pescatarian and the capsules do not upset my stomach however I do take it after a meal
