A good energy drink with good nutrition and odor I like it personally helps to stay energetic and a safe protein to intake and help in recovery soonely The flavor is great, too. It’s sweet but doesn't have that overwhelming artificial chemical aftertaste that a lot of others have. I've been taking it right after my workouts for about three weeks now, and it digests incredibly well with no bloating. Definitely worth the price.

There are no issue, mixes very well without any lump and taste good donot feels sugary, and also I consume 2scoop a day but there were no bloating issue observed, but I feel as mentioned the protien is not as shown one scoop can give you 20 gm protien max.

So I did some reaerch using the Ingredients in the product for the consumer benefit. Here it is, While the brand claims this is "Clean Protein," there are several red flags based on industry standards and the specific ingredients listed. 1. The "Whey Powder" Red Flag Look closely at the Ingredients list. It says: "...Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Powder..." The Trick: "Whey Powder" is significantly lower in protein and higher in lactose and fat than Concentrate or Isolate. It is essentially the "floor sweepings" of the dairy industry. In a premium protein, you should never see "Whey Powder" listed as a primary protein source. It is a cheap filler used to bulk up the bag. 2. Amino Spiking (L-Glutamine) The label explicitly lists L-Glutamine. The Trick: While they market it for "Recovery & Gut Health," L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid often used in Amino Spiking. The Problem: Because it contains nitrogen, it helps the product pass lab tests for protein content even if the actual "Whey" content is low.
