Action Day 2026 Weekly Planner - Effective Planning System to Increase Productivity,To-Do List,Weekly Goals,Projects,Teamwork,Daily Diary,Yearly & Monthly overview, Notes Pages (Green, 7x9 Inch)

Three months into 2026 and I really, really love this planner. I am a business owner and have ADHD, and I've struggled with a system that works. I love that the weekly calendar on each page spread is large enough on which to write actual events - I can quickly see what the day holds. I love the to-do list on the left, as a daily task list often leaves me feeling defeated when I didn't accomplish more than one or two things in one day. This planner allows me to write down everything for the week and add to it as necessary - and it has plenty of room - I usually only fill about 3/4 of the task blanks per week. I wasn't sure what to do with the "Delegation and teamwork" space or the "Goals / projects" space, but I ended up using the delegation space for long term projects (I'm a transactional attorney and I write down the deals I'm working on here), and the goals / projects space for potential new clients / deals I may have coming down the pike so I can follow up on them if appropriate. I also highlight / outline each weekday with a particular highlighter color (6 different colors - the weekend gets one color for both days) and I use a colorful sticky tab to mark the current day - I move the sticky tab as the days progress so it's easy to see what day it is. (This sounds silly, but for someone with ADHD this is important!) I also bought some transparent sticky notes to use on the pages, and the paper in this planner is thick enough so that the sticky notes don't affect writing on the opposite side of each page. I use a fine point ball point pen, and the paper is of the quality that my handwriting is smooth and pretty - it makes it fun to look at over the course of the week. On Friday afternoons I set up the next week's schedule and tasks, and it makes me feel productive and confident. The cover and binding are sturdy - I am able to schlep it around with me in the car and it still looks really nice and new. The only frustration I have is that sometimes I forget to write down something on my digital calendar into the planner, but that's on me since I use two calendars. Overall it's made 2026 a heck of a lot more productive and I will continue to order this planner year after year. I absolutely love it!! If it's possible to overcome my ADHD with a well-intentioned planner, this one is it for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have used a number of planner/calendars over the years. When I started with Action Day, I had found everything I needed. Such a great addition to a phone-based digital calendar. I chose the one with a week visible at a time. It has places for notes and a system for organizing tasks. After a few years, I got a little bored with the first few pages that walk you through an exercise in determining your values and actionable objectives for the next year. On the other hand, the first few times I went through it at the beginning of the year, I found it quite revealing to get these kinds of thoughts down on paper. I would recommend this planner over others!

This is my second year using this planner and I can guarantee that next year it will be my choice again. Quality- great quality paper and just overall feel. Papermate pens can be used and they won’t bleed through. The hard cover has a very nice texture to it that not only feels great but also prevents me from dropping it when I’m running to a meeting and trying to jostle my laptop and 20 other things. It’s been thrown into suitcases, crammed into backpacks and still looks brand new. Being a project manager running multiple teams at once it was important to me that my planner not only have a task list but also a delegation list. This planner has both and space for due dates. I also didn’t want to have another planner separate from work but one that was all inclusive. The first part of the planner has you break down your goals and how you will get there and really hones in on being intentional. The timeframe goes far enough into the night that there is plenty of space for family reminders like kids sporting events, tutoring and everything else life throws my way. If you are looking for a planner with frills and stickers and all that jazz… this is not the planner for you. (Though multiple papermate pens do color code my life) If you want a planner that helps you get sh*t done… this is it!! The way it already lays everything out by priority and yet still keeps that pesky running task lists of all those “other things” is a game changer.

I am a Realtor which means I have a lot of details to track for each transaction. This planner has space for this along with to do lists for all the areas of my life. Seeing the whole week is a must. The weekend space is important to me and this planner treats them just like the rest of the week. All days go to 8pm so that's great. The delegation area I use to list my current and coming transactions. In fact I don't use the planners labeled areas as labeled. But the areas provide lots of great note taking and planning for however you work best. There is a loop for your pen. I never use it. Same with the envelope in the back cover. The spiral really holds up over the year and it does take a beating. I like how it allows the planner to lay flat. The book bound choice almost lies flat but not truly. I do like the full year represented on the inside of the front cover and the next year on the inside of the back cover. Over all just a fantastic planner. Only complaint is that this year the price doubled! I know there is inflation and all but damn! Are you printing these in the USA now? That would be a plus and help make the doubled price more tolerable.

Great plan I had with these - but I tend to go back to the bigger planner, I have too much to write and remember for these (want place for lots of notes on day to day basis).

I like that this has a week of you. And it is dated for the whole year so I don't have to date anything. There's a nice big column for things to do for the week and also a section for teamwork and a section for goals and projects. There's also a vertical calendar and horizontal calendars. And I like the larger size. It comes in to a medium and a large size so that's helpful as well. I got it for Christmas presents for people and I'm looking forward to using the large one for myself in the new year to stay organized and focused.

Never disappoints. I order this planner every year. Quality paper. Helps organize & plan your days. Highly recommend
