I had to return them. They did not fit in my 3 year ears

They last! As long as they’re taken care of, they never shown any issue. Used them for my 1 year old because he had tubes placed in his ears.

These come without Instructions, how far should I put it in my toddlers ear?

It will only go in so far. I used in my son's ear
