I have to give a big shoutout to the Waterdrop team. The first system that I bought, it stopped working after 6 months. I was extremely disappointed and reached out to the Waterdrop team because 6mos for an osmosis system seemed unacceptable. Kimberly helped me out the entire time; she was able to order a new one for me without any charge! Since then, the machine has been working beautifully. It has been almost a year. For the price, you're getting good quality. It's easy to use, water tastes good, and the filter is still at 60% after about 5-6 months of use. Kimberly checked in again via email, months later to make sure the machine was working. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service and how Waterdrop stands by their products. Thank you! Unfortunately the first machine delivered to me was defective and wouldn’t work. I contacted customer support regarding the issues and to my relief Becky took such great care of me as a customer. She promptly responded to my concerns and shipped out a new machine. She followed up to ensure the new filter worked appropriately, she sent me an ups return label and walked me through everything step by step. I was initially weary of my decision but after receiving such excellent customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this product again and I would recommend to others. The new filter works flawlessly and quickly. It’s so easy to use. Fits well with limited counter space, produces clean and great tasting water.

Water smells like sulfur on and off after following all instructions. We have resorted to buying water in gallons again because it is not dependable. Very disappointing. We are talking to Waterdrop now to see if they will remedy our situation. Filtration speed is not fast but not too slow. But if it is undrinkable, it doesn’t matter. I will update my review if this is resolved.

Makes great tasting water. However, it must be plugged in 24/7/365. The kitchen breaker trips in my rental when more than one thing is turned on. I like to eat my food cooked, so this cannot be plugged in 24/7/365 in the kitchen. It immediately thinks it needs flushed again, every time it loses power. The unneeded extra flushes waste a lot of water. I'm in the desert where recycled, chemically treated water tastes bad and the reservoirs are otfen low. Had to move it to my bedroom for it to stay on 24/7/365 to avoid all the extra flushes. So, now walking back and forth from bedroom to kitchen to fill the water tank. The water it makes tastes great. It takes several minutes to fill a pitcher, but it is worth it. Four stars for not being able to unplug it.

I bought the Waterdrop countertop system about 2.5 years ago since installing an under-sink unit wasn’t possible in my home. Overall, I was very satisfied, but at one point the water tank started leaking after 1.5 years. When I contacted customer service, they quickly replaced it with a new one without any cost. Recently, the old unit stopped working unfortunately, so I decided to look for a replacement. The new upgraded model is even better—sleeker design, improved features, and it works perfectly. Thanks to Olivia from customer service, I was able to take advantage of a great Labor Day Sale deal. She was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. I also love that the new system now uses just one filter instead of two, and the filter life is longer, which makes maintenance easier and more affordable. The water also tastes even better now, which is a great improvement. Highly recommend both the product and the outstanding customer service!

I purchased the Waterdrop CoreRO pH+ and the entire thing worked as expected, everything seemed to be going well all the way until I tested water quality. The CoreRO seems to meet all the water standards included in the test I purchased with the only exception that instead of producing 7.5 pH it is consistently testing at 6.0 to 6.5 pH every single time. I've reset the filter and went through the entire setup again, hoping that maybe clearing the filter a little all over again would have different results but I'm back to square 1 with the machine landing back at a 6 to 6.5 pH level. Everything else checks every single box from convenience to even the taste of water being great, with the one exception that pH is too low.

Received the waterdrop RO in a very timely manner. Instructions very easy to follow to set the filter up for first use. The water quality is fantastic. My wife loves how easy it is to use. The functionality is very nice. Once you fill the tank with the unfiltered water it does not take long for the RO to fill the container with the good RO water. So filters pretty fast and it does the automatically. We chose this counter top for the value and the size would fit under our cabinet. Plus we want the grate taste of alkalinity water. Unfortunately this product was not ship with the alkalinity filter. I contacted Waterdrop through email. I ask them if this filter was the correct filter. The Waterdrop representative from the customer service, told me that this was not the alkalinity filter that should had shipped with the product. The customer service supper nice and waterdrop has already sent me a new correct filter. What an awesome company. This is a fantastic company and a great countertop RO system. 12/30/2025 update About 6 months my water tank started to leak when filling the tank. I emailed WaterDrop my problem with the tank. They gave me instructions how to make sure I was cleaning the tank Correctly. This did not fix the leak. I email back WaterDrop said they could send me a new filter machine to replace the one I have. I said I believe it is just the tank. They sent me a tank to see if that was it but also willing to send me a complete replacement if it was not the problem. It did turn out to be the tank. But through this whole process WaterDrope was so good. This is why in my opinion there the best in customer service. This company will go far and beyond what other companies will to make sure your 100% satisfied.

The filter gets stuck in the flushing step. The display shows 51% and does not advance to the next step. It makes a lot of noise and does not reach 100% to drink water normally.
