battery doesn't work
I have a problem with my computer; the battery doesn't work, it only turns on with the charging cable.

I ordered this laptop a few days ago, and I can confirm that it matches the specifications mentioned in the listing. The battery life is impressive and lasts long enough for daily use. It performs very well for its size and is lightweight and comfortable to carry around. It is equipped with an AMD RYZEN 7 Pro Chip/Processor which helps with games performances. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product.

Amazing laptop for light gaming and productive tasks
I'm not a laptop geek or a professional but for a refurbished laptop, its very good for its price. Just got it for almost 1200 AED and its good. the input audio or the laptops mic is excellent, tested in roblox chat games and in chat meetings with the webcam of the laptop as a bonus for the online meetings. with the ryzen 7 4750U its decent in playing games in low settings in 720P since the laptop has a small screen. for its size, its small. Making it very easy to carry around, Great for carrying when you need to use it in various places. the audio output of the laptop is fine nothing excellent or bad about it. On my overall rating its a 5, Great for anyone taking a budget laptop for business or light gaming.

Very bad product Stopped working Paid 880 AED, 1,Refurbished and looked well, then the paint started coming off in 3 days, 2, Screen not responding in 5 days, 3, I got a bit buys and the 7 days return policy is invalid now, !Now I’m stuck
