If you add lime or lemon juice, will it turn from blue to purple?

Hello Shannon, Yes, the color will change depending on the pH level. So squeezing in lemon or lime juice will transform the deep blue to indigo to violet. We love adding this into lemonade to create a gradient effect that is sure to mesmerize!

What is the origin of this product?

Hello Van, our global sourcing teams (US, Asia and South America) work closely with local farmers to produce the best quality vibrant and beautiful blue color Blue Butterfly Pea Superjuice Powder. Origin: Asia (China, Malaysia, Thailand, or Taiwan) or US.

Im jnterested in buying the Fuschia Hibiscus but dont see it. When will you have it available?

I'm not sure if it's a seasonal product or not, but I would try asking the corporate office in Irvine, California and see if they can provide you with information about the availability of each product they ship.

Do they dissolve in cold and hot water?

Mine do and i bake with this product and i make smoothies n ice cream vegan ice cream too. So yeah, it dissolves in cold and hot water. Great for all baked goods and making healthy pasta. Check out SALTY SEATTLE on youtube. She's an incredible pasta artist.
