Worked perfectly in my American Standard 2092 Hamilton one piece
Worked just fine in my toilet which was randomly flushing due to the water level dropping. First I replaced the flapper, which is the usual reason but that didn't work. This was less expensive than the American Standard brand but is also very good quality. Install is simple with a long extension and 3/8" ratchet. I was happy to see they even provided the tool that you need to do the repair. The small white disk with slots that fits down in the opening. Even though the overflow drain pipe is slightly longer than the one I replaced, it is below the top of the water tank so there was no need to cut it down. It will still work fine in the event it's needed. I provided a few photos to show how easy the install is. 10 Minutes tops, shut the water valve to the toilet. Flush the toilet to drain the tank down. Undo the chain that holds the flapper, using the tool unscrew the internal collar, standard righty tighty lefty loosey. Pull the old unit out and put the new one in being sure it's seated all the way down. Tighten with tool till it's snug and hook the chain back up to the flush lever. You might have to adjust he chain length. Turn the water back on and give a test flush to be sure the chain and flapper are set properly.

Fairly easy to install, a little tricky to adjust, a bit pricy but I didn't have to buy a new toilet
So I have a Karat 1 piece toilet that I bought over 20(?) years ago from the Home Depot. It's in my basement. Luckily, there are 2 other toilets in the house so I could diagnose the issue with this toilet. I first determined that the Fluidmaster fill valve was leaking. I replaced that and the toilet was still leaking. Through trial and error, I determined that the toilet wasn't leaking from the flapper. It was the flush valve which has a rubber gasket that was leaking. It wasn't replaceable, so this fit the bill. First of all, this item did NOT come with instructions and that is needed. I want to thank reviewer Peaty for his photos and explanations. Without that, with no instructions, not even at Korky's website, I would have been in the dark. A little trial and error with installing the valve with the tool. Also I had to cut the overflow pipe since it was too tall to fit in my toilet. I first tried a new Fluidmaster flapper that I had in my house but the toilet was still leaking through the flapper. I had to use the Korky flapper that came with the flush valve. After adjusting the chain, it's flushing OK with no apparent leaks. For the final test, I put food coloring in the tank. So far, no food coloring in the bowl. The flush valve is a bit pricey when compared to the Fluidmaster fill valve, but it is cheaper than buying a new toilet. Hopefully, with a new fill and flush value, I will be able to use this toilet for many more years.

taking the old one out may not b so easy
taking the old one out wasn't easy. it's made of plastic and prone to braking. the valve comes with a tool but it was so thin the wrench just rounded out the connection. thankfully i had purchased the tool and it was plastic as well but much thicker. hard to explain but i had to use a flat piece of metal and ground it down to fit in the drain part to take old valve out, once i got it out, putting the new one is was easy. i thought i was gonna have to use multi tool and cut old one out but i got it. i like the new product and it works fine, no leaks once installed. my first time replacing in a 1 piece toilet.

Name brand, usually good stuff, this time, poor quality flapper
Works as any flush valve does. However flapper lasted less than a year, before toilet kept running and filling. Didnโt stay properly seated on the valve. May need contoured shape or different material on edges for hard water? Tried a replacement flapper, but decided better off just replacing whole kit and kaboodle.

Fits American Standard Hamilton ine piece 2092
The Flush Valve fit the American standard Hamilton 2092 one pice like glove - Installation was a breeze . Package also includes a flapper . the package included the American Standard 738304-0070A flush valve wrench that is needed for installation.

No Instructions
The parts did not come in consumer packaging, except for the flapper. There were no instructions or parts list included, which made me initially wonder if the product had been previously returned. The fill tube also lacks a clip or guide for the hose, which would have been helpfulโespecially at this price point. Despite these issues, I was able to figure out the installation on my own, and so far, the product appears to be working as expected. Iโm giving it 3 stars mainly due to the lack of instructions and the fact that itโs advertised as a Korky product, when only the flapper appears to be.

Not sealing properly โ disappointing for the price
I needed to replace the flush valve and flapper on my toilet. The install was fairly easy (thanks to tips from other reviews, since no instructions were included in the box). Unfortunately, while the valve seems to be working fine, the flapper isnโt sealing completely and water keeps leaking into the bowl. Really disappointing because it means the original problem isnโt fixed. For the cost of this part, I expected a better result.

great!! cool product...Fit my one piece Hamilton by American Standard
Like most folks I had a slowly leaking toilet and I put off looking further other than the usual flapper replacement. I know those flappers aren't always a perfect fit/match, so disregarded the issue beyond. They also don't last to long, but after doing it twice within 3 years I had to look deeper. After closer inspection, there were several things going on - but worse was the older mechanisms in the tank were heavily corroded/rusty and I was afraid to create bigger headaches. So I resigned to replacing all the guts in the tank - gorgeous Hamilton one piece and I didn't want to replace it. Found what I needed and ordered - came in fine except one minor issue w/ the wrench tool being missing. Luckily Korky was awesome about it! They called me back right away (wasn't expecting that for a good week or so esp w/ Covid), apologized and took care of it right away by sending me a whole new kit. An American company w/ great cust svc was so nice to deal with again - haven't seen this kind of customer service in a while. It came by regular mail which they warned me of, and so took a little while. They'll have me as a loyal customer. Part went in, about as easy as it gets though my extension wasn't long enough for the height of the tank. Not sure why it didn't work for the other Hamilton 2092 owner - maybe a tweak to design? It was a bit taller than the original but still fit in. If any issues will update. Very pleased w/ Korky over the years...

A great replacement for American Standard "Hamilton" series one piece toilet.
The product fit perfectly and stopped a slow leak due to the old flush unit where the rubber gasket had failed to the point that it was breaking apart. This replacement came with the installation tool and all went well. Highly recommend this as a perfect replacement

It worked !!
A bit expensive for a piece of plastic but it does the job, so no complaints. Since itโs a universal unit, it requires a bit of fiddling. For me, I had to cut the top of the tube by about 1 ยผโ (pic #1) but more importantly, I had to cut about a ยผโ of the tabs at the bottom of the plastic 2โ screw (pic #2). Because of my American Standard model 2092, these tabs were hitting the bottom of the hole (pic #3) and preventing a proper seal (I think another reviewer posted the same problem). Once cut, the seal was tight and the unit worked flawlessly (pic #4). Very happy.
