I had a very good experience with their customer service department and they even sent a replacement free of charge

It was black on site and then I had a choice of colours black is the best one and there really good

I purchased this item in december but the frame has snapped. how do i exchange this please ? thanks

They don’t help u , mines snapped I ended up buying another and that’s snapped I’ll never buy again from them
