I've been using this DAC for about a year now, and overall I'm quite satisfied with it. The audio quality is really good and it's noticeably better than my previous USB DAC, which used to produce a constant hissing noise. I've used it for both music and gaming and haven't had any issues with the sound. In games, footsteps and other small sounds are clearly noticeable and I haven't felt like anything is missing. Music also sounds really good to me with no noticeable distortion or hissing. The only issue I've faced is that sometimes the audio suddenly stops while watching YouTube or other content. When this happens I have to close the application unplug the DAC reopen the application and then reconnect the USB for the audio to work again. I'm not sure what causes this but fortunately it doesn't happen very often. Apart from that, I haven't experienced any other problems. After a year of use the audio quality is still good and everything works as expected. Overall, a good DAC for the price. The occasional audio stopping issue is the only drawback I've experienced.

This is brilliant addition for IEMs. I use moondrop chu 2 and the sound is just next level when using it with this audiocular dac. Using lossless audio makes the experience even better. I don't think you need to spend anything more than this for IEMs costing upto 3k. The quality is good too, no hissing sound after 3-4 months of usage.

I contacted Concept Kart to claim the warranty and followed the troubleshooting steps they provided, including enabling OTG and trying USB debugging. Unfortunately, the problem remained. What disappointed me most was the warranty handling. Instead of addressing my reported audio issue, Concept Kart rejected my claim based on green discoloration near the USB-C connector, which they attributed to moisture or corrosion. My complaint was about the audio malfunction, not the appearance of the product. I have asked them to reconsider the decision and properly evaluate the actual functional issue. Based on my experience, I'm disappointed with both the product reliability and the way my warranty claim was handled. Bought kz vader yeaterday and I was listening music watching movies using basesailor 200 rs dac which sounds my iem sounds like ordinary earphones or tws or worse. My laptops 3.5mm jack made better in some scenarios. Bass was so high and even higher than my mi dual driver. I thought a 850 rs dac won't change much. But Just got my audiocular D07 and it transformed that bass and all the sound much richer. And kind of soothing. Sound has really changed. It feels like moving from slums to high class richness.
