They are adorable, and I love the red. Fit is a little wide. They do not have any arch support at all. I would say medium in comfort. Shoe quality excellent, but expensive due to the brand. I was going to purchase a second pair in a different color, but decided against it due to overall comfort and fit being just ok for the high price.
