I recently purchased a 4-in-1 weight set for my three teenage sons, and I'm happy to say it's been a worthwhile investment. With three boys, it's often a challenge to find something that appeals to everyone, but this set seems to have done the trick. The variety of weights and configurations offered has allowed them to tailor their workouts to their individual needs and preferences, which is exactly what I was hoping for.My younger two sons are actively training for football, and this set has been particularly beneficial for them. They appreciate the ability to switch between different exercises and weight loads easily, providing them with the flexibility to target specific muscle groups and push themselves in different ways. Seeing them motivated and engaged with their training is a definite win, and it gives me confidence that this set will continue to be a valuable part of their fitness routines.

The set is very nice. You can use it as dumbbells, barbell, or kettle ball . Easy to set up and change out or add extra weights.

This is a nice set for beginners. I like the interchangeable pieces and versatility. I got this for my 14 year old son who wanted to start building a home gym and start working out daily. So far, he is enjoying this set. If you are a more advanced gym goer or workout enthusiast, I would recommend finding a heavier weight set. These are not that heavy. They are however, easy to use and easy to keep clean.

The build quality and the painting is really good, the set has many different ways to connect with the other components. My favorite part is that i can the set is very compact, so if I'm traveling somewhere, i can just take my set with me without having to worry about looking for a GYM. Good quality.

Overall the set seems nice, just received it a couple days ago so haven't been able to use it much yet. One of the dumbbells arrived damaged, looks like it was dropped and the outer protective layer is damaged/ripped. It is still useable but not if I want to lift it as a hand weight, it would cut my skin. I tried to get a replacement for the dumbbell and after several attempts at Amazon customer service was told they can't replace it and I have return the entire 80lb set. for a new set. Bringing this 80lb box to a return center is not feasible so I have one less dumbbell.

Very impressed by the quality and how adjustable it is.

These weights are regular plastic weights. The increments are like 2.5, 4.5 and such. There are locking rings so as you lift the weights don’t loosen like on most sets. I was looking at adjusting weights where you turn the knob and it leaves the amount you dialed up but these were way cheaper and take up about as much space if stored properly. I’d say I got what I paid for and I’m happy with my purchase

Edited to add: the company reached out to me and replaced the bar. My son is very happy to be able to lift again.The bar is coated in plastic and it broke after a couple uses. I tried to get a replacement for the bar, but was never able to talk to a person. The only option the chat gave was to return the whole set in the original package. I didn't have the original packaging. I'm very disappointed is the product and the lack of customer service.
