Fantastic!
My brother gave me a present and what a present it was! This is completly delicous! I use it to season breadcrumbs and over pasta. Absolutly amazing. It came packed perfectly.

Make sure to store it properly
It is a great cheese…but buy it ungrated

Not much flavor. It’s there but not very strong.
Little flavor. Expected a burst of flavor. It’s very mild. I question how long it was really aged because the package says nothing and the lack of a flavor punch would suggest a shorter age than marketed online.

To expensive
Too expensive try to find a store that sells this stuff near you. It’s only worth it if you really need it and you can’t find it anywhere near you because you live somewhere behind New York Chicago or California

I expected the flavor to be a little better. It didn't have a very robust flavor. I am disappointed because for the price I paid I expected a better tasting cheese. It's kind of bland.
