Doesn't work!
Absolutely no effect — not even 1%. The only positive aspect is the design; the applicator is well made. That’s the reason for the 2-star rating.

I’ve been using this under eye cream for a week now, and I’m already noticing a difference. Hi...applied it many times but my under eyes bag shows no changes, even after keeping for a while.Other than good smell and cooling effect,it appears useless.My money wasted.
