Minus platform bed great value, well made!!
Great queen platform bed. Easy to set up and looks great. Eell made, sturdy, no noise!

Terrific platform!
Very happy with this platform bed! The price is great and, as other reviewers mentioned, it's very sturdy, doesn't move, squeak, or make any noise at all, and it's very easy to put together. I'm a 70 year old female and I put it together by myself in less than an hour. Of course, it would have taken less time if I'd had someone to help hold the pieces together, but the entire process is very simple and straight forward. The company did a terrific job designing the frame, choosing the fabric, and writing the instructions. (platform bed received June 2026).

Spent 5+ Months Researching Beds - Purchased Zinus Curtis
I spent 5 1/2 months researching beds. Due to space concerns, I was looking for something without foot or headboards. I reviewed products costing 7-10 times as much as the Zinus Curtis. I researched quite a bit over this period of time while I slept on a mattress on the floor, including many Zinus products. I'm not exactly sure what took me so long in purchasing ,but wanted to be sure I exhausted this.As others mentioned, assembly is pleasant. It took me 25 minutes, and I took my time. It was at my door 2 days after purchase. The box is relatively heavy, about 60 lbs.I've read all reviews on the web for this, the 2 stand out negatives that have come up were bed bugs and legs breaking. I did not have any bed bugs. Is it possible the bed bug complaints were because their existing mattress already had bed bugs? Don't know, though bed bugs being infested in the 4 padded frame rails seems slightly ridiculous. I took the chance, and it was the right choice. The side rails in the package were completely wrapped in plastic as well.Next, there are complaints about the legs. It is true the legs are of a hard plastic, though I did not get the impression they are "cheap." They felt solid and serve their purpose. It seems most complain about legs breaking because they are moving the bed. Or rather, pushing the entire bed across the floor on the legs. This would create tension on the top of the legs due to the floor working against the bottom front of the legs while someone pushes the bed. Doing this I'd expect legs to snap off, especially with a heavy mattress on top. Same with any piece of furniture with legs, especially smaller legs. When moving, get a friend and lift the entire bed. I haven't scooted my bed across the floor, the legs on mine are just fine. Not only is the bed solid, but it also "feels" solid when you get on it. Not the slightest creak/noise/movement. Imagine the bed permanently cemented in the ground, this is the the impression I mean when it "feels" solid.I am very happy with my decision to purchase this bed. Money wasn't really an object for me (relatively, I had a budget of 1K), but considering this bed cost less than 150 is such an incredible value. I was really drawn to the construction and aesthetic design of the gray upholstery. It largely exceeded my expectations.

Great For the Money, A Few Quality Concerns Keep It From Being Perfect
So let me start this review by saying this bed frame is excellent for the price, and overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. There are a few quality issues that I do have with this item however. So let's start with those before getting into why I think this is still a very easy purchase to make.So this frame is supported by four plastic legs on each end and a metal folding leg beam running along the middle for what I am guessing is just added support because the four legs seem solid enough. Here are where my chief concerns lie. Now maybe this is just my particular frame, but my welds on the two folding legs have some minor cracks like the person who was welding the legs had some vague idea of how welding works or they couldn't be bothered to sure them up before adding them to the set. I don't know what this will mean for the longevity of the frame and if it'll become an issue in the future. The bar alone did seem to support my full weight (200LBS) because I stood on it and applied a good amount of force and it didn't bend, creak or break. My next concern is with the wood that the slats sit on, again this could just be my particular frame but mine had very small chips and gashes (I don't think this will be an issue in the future because again it supported my whole weight with force and didn't creak, warp or crack). The next issue with them is more of a complaint rather than a concern, but there was also a ton of sawdust and wood flakes on them. It's like the person who attached them to the frame couldn't take a piece of sand paper and the minute or two it takes to grind them off (which I did immediately) and it makes even less sense when you feel the slats your bed sits on because they're nice and smooth. It's like there were two people assembling this frame, one who took the job seriously and made sure things were done properly. The second person just wanted the work day to be over and did the bare minimum. The next issue again isn't a concern but more of a complaint. Why are the side slats not deeper in the frame? They give you a piece of double sided tape to hold your mattress in place which is silly unless you never plan on cleaning your bedding or enjoy sticky residue on your bed (which would be pretty gross). They could have eliminated this problem by sinking the side slats deeper into the frame and making it a little longer vertically so your bed would sit in the frame and not on it.Now onto the positives, the assembly was super easy and even a little fun (that might just be me I like to put things together, legos were always my favourite toys as a kid). Everything fits together nice and snugly it all feels sturdy despite my previous concerns. The frame is also surprisingly quiet to the point where even with me tossing and turning, it doesn't make much noise. The upholstery is very nice and aesthetically pleasing, and there aren't any lose threads that I could see which surprised me again given my previous quality complaints and concerns. Finally the frame was well priced, for what I spent I wasn't sure how good of a product I was going to get, I bought this based off the reviews and I was not disappointed. So to wrap this long winded review up I am pleased with my product it looks wonderful and seems well put together even with my few concerns, as I have said multiple times now this is a great product for the money you spend and I don't think you can go wrong buying it.

Great product at a great price!
This is the perfect solution for those who want the stability of a frame without the burden of a box spring. It was very easy to assemble and all the instructions are clear with the tools to assemble included in the package. I bought a queen and my memory foam mattress fit on this frame perfectly. There is ample support to keep you from having a bough in the middle which would cause back issues. I haven't had any issues with scratches on the metal. It is sturdy enough to support me with my three dogs or with a human sleeping partner. I am writing this review after having bought 2 of these and for having them both for 8 years. I put a tuft and needle mattress on this frame and a different foam mattress of the other frame. This is a great buy for a really great price. I also bought a headboard with the second one and it looks great!

Worth the money 100%
Product quality exceeded my expectations and the company put really thoughtful notes and took care in the packaging. Putting it together was effortless, itโs very sturdy, fits my queen sized mattress, no squeaking, wasnโt too heavy to move on my own once put together in place( Iโm 120lbs with a hurt arm). Even had a sticky pad so the mattress doesnโt slide on it even tho I doubt itโd slide anyway. Good height once put together up off the floor and still has some space to put something under the bed if I wanted to but you canโt see it when standing up. No smell when opening it. Took all of maybe 20/30 minutes to unbox, put together, put it in place, throw the trash away and slap my mattress on it. Myself, my partner, and my two putbulls combined weight is about 450lbs and it held us all no issues, no sliding.ONE CON- one corner bracket that screws the bases together the bracket was bent. Could have been the way it was in the package or could have been me taking it out the box? Not a big deal I just hammered it back in place in two seconds and it slid right in where it needed to.

Quality and easy install for a great price
I just received and assembled this bed and wanted to give my feedback on installation, packaging, etc. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being easiest) I'd give this bed a 2 for ease of assembly. They did what I have long thought should be done with "assembly required" furniture: they set the bolts and washers in place so all you need to do is loosen them, slip the parts together, and retighten. You do not get a big bag of junk you have to sort through. They also included extra bolts... which I've never seen, pretty nice. The quality of the pieces was about 8/10. It's made in China, so don't expect perfection, but the stitching and everything seemed very nice. One flange on a bracket came badly bent. Probably a shipping thing. But I was able to just tighten the bolts on the flange and it moved back into place. No worries. The metal parts are coated for rust prevention... nice little touches for something that cost a bit over $100.Tips for assembly:- Don't over tighten all of the bolts in the order they give in instructions or else the steel center piece won't fit in. I had to loosen everything and retighten when I realized this.- The slats were a bit tight fitting but you can make it work with lots of pressure. The velcro to keep the slats in place was pretty genius.- You can use the little allen key they give you but I'd suggest getting a hex ratchet set to make these builds a breeze. You can put more leverage into each connection with a ratchet. One potential issue to consider is that this bed frame has no "edges" or "guides" to keep a lighter mattress in place. Instead, they put double sided tape on two of the slates... the idea being your mattress is held in place with the tape. This may work for some, but I had a bed skirt which covered the slats completely, so no go. Luckily my mattress is pretty heavy and won't slip around. All in all, I felt compelled to leave a review on this one because it was very painless and easy to assemble. Minimal styrofoam in packaging too.

Great value - attractive, sturdy, minimal
Looking for a minimalist bed frame, this is it! Super easy to assemble, low in cost, and easy on the eyes. This is no IKEA bed frame so it will free up a couple of hours from your day for assembly. Plus, with delivery to your front door for an item of this size, you can't beat it.You'd think with the wood slats being included that this would be a hugely heavy and large box, but no! They are smart and put the wood slats inside the bed frame. This will also make it super easy in case of a move or something. Huge bonus points there!Yes, there is no headboard, so if you're looking for a frame with a headboard you'll need to look at a different model. We upgraded to a king mattress from a queen and we actually gained space because our previous frame was so bulky! If you're on the fence, just hit the order button. You won't regret it!

Very good for its price
Honestly no complaints. Very sturdy and fashionable and it was very easy to assemble!

Beautiful but annoying
I was pleased to see there were instructions, unlike what other reviews stated. It was easy to assemble, just as long as you put all of the bolts back in very loosely to give lots of wiggle room for the other pieces to fit too.Thรฉ body is made of wood, and there's a metal support that goes across the middle for added sturdiness. The only think I don't like, is that the legs are made of cheap plastic, the kind that becomes brittle over time.Otherwise, it's beautiful, fits nice, and I'd recommend. (Also, I didn't get bed bugs from it)

Easy to assemble and attractive
The frame arrived on time. Packaging changed since some of early reviews as components are not stuffed into lining of side pieces. As a 71 year old woman I was able to assemble quickly and by myself. Put pieces together with screws half tightened and when all pieces in place went around and tightened all the pieces. Allen key and mini ratchet provided. Upholstery is attractive. Bed is solid and there is no sound when moving around the bed. Slats are 3 inches apart which is recommended for a foam mattress. Slats are a solid wood. Legs are a dense plastic and have a "glider" disk attached to bottom to facilitate moving but bed and mattress are heavy and not sure how easy moving the bed will be for cleaning but at least floor wouldn't be damaged. Would recommend for anyone needed a base for a foam mattress.
