A good quality product which has been effective in boosting my mental energy
Using it to boost brain energy for important events or tests in school. Easy to incorporate into a low-carb breakfast, like an oil, replacing a part of your butter for example, or you can just have some straight with a spoon. It is completely odorless and has a very light consistency, not very "oily" at all. The bottle is of good quality and offers a very convenient no-drip spout. I've been taking up to 2 tbsp in the morning with good effectiveness but no digestion issues whatsoever.
