They sent me a previously used item, full of scratches, and it doesn’t work. Very poor quality, it can’t be used (I bought the bags that should work perfectly with it, but no, it doesn’t works)

Nice product to have at home and while traveling to seal and keep the the remaining snacks in the same packet and seal them safely. Ut also comes with a nice pouch that is very useful to keep it. We can also stick to refrigerator as it is magnetic 🧲. It also comes with a built in cutter with one additional push button to cut the covers and packets with so much ease. Note: only thing you need to use effectively is charge it fully once and press and hold the seal button for 30 to 60 sec to heat it empty . Then only start using it to seal any packets or polithin bags or covers.

It's a genuinely nice product, and I'd say it offers great value for money. I tested it on different types of plastic surfaces and it worked well — I've attached a video so others can see exactly what they're purchasing. I can't speak to its durability yet, but I'll update this review once I've used it for longer. It's very portable, which is a big plus. One more thing worth mentioning: it also sticks well to metal surfaces, like a fridge.
