Can’t put my finger on the advantages of kosher salt in my cooking- you would think salt is salt. But this coarse salt pulls out the flavor of a chicken soup together with a bit of white vinegar . No this not a typo.

Tastes great. Good value for the size. A must for good gourmet food prep

It makes the food to taste better than regular salt.

The salt is perfect size for use and has good flavor. However, the holes in the top of the shaker box it comes in are too small for the salt to get through. There is a large opening for pouring which works but you must be careful or you can POUR when you mean to shake. Why would a company spend the money to punch holes in the shaker top that are too small for the product to come out?

As expected

I use Kosher salt in cooking all the time. The crystals are a little large in this brand so it’s okay to cook with but you’d want to grind to use as seasoning.

The larger crystals will not pass through the holes in their delivery flap. I recommend lifting it out of the way to get the biggest crystals.

Everything I expected. The top is plastic and easy to use in large amounts or small. I don't have problems with moisture or anything getting inside, and I am nearly a3 down this container. Great price for the size and a sturdy container for cooking hands!
