Old India Garlic Granules Large 100g (Pack of 2)

Great dehydrated garlic granules , I used these for my Chinese cooking, all you need to do is rehydrate them and fry them off a little and add to sauces & noodles , well most Chinese takeaway dishes really, tasty garlic flavour and have a slight crunch similar to a waterchesnut once hydrated, you get so much in a 250g bag. This will last me for a very long time, Perfect!

Really good value for the size. Hydrate these and use in stir-fries as they don't burn like fresh garlic! You'll need to use basically double what you would use if it was fresh for the same flavour, but absolutely fool-proof and saves needing to chop fresh garlic!

These are fab, easy storage, dry granules, use as much as required, quite strong too. Tastes very good with a strong garlic smell

I love these garlic granules, they give nice garlic flavour to your dishes and less or more depending how much garlic flavour you prefer. I am almost finished 500g of garlic granules and planing to order more this time a bigger package. I use it in almost every savory dish that I make because it is easy and I don't need to peel the fresh garlic. I think that the price is quite cheap for the amount you get and it lasts quite a while as well. Definitely recommend for those that use a lot of garlic and wants a quick way to add some garlic to your everyday meals.

Brilliant stuff but bear in mind large 2kg means the granules are large so if you want smaller granules be aware, as soon as mine were delivered wife says they too big for what she uses them for. But definitely reccomend old India garlic for taste

We use an awful ot of garlic granules as part of our diet and looked for some that were reasonably priced as to buy the small jars can work out expensive each week. I have tried these granules in various dishes and they only "work" in certain dishes.( Mostly in stew type dishes) otherwise the size of the granules leave a bitter aftertaste. Will keep using them in certain dishes but will keep up my search for something finer. Not recommended.:-(

This does not replace fresh garlic, but in slow cooked it heavily spiced food, these are convenient and good quality.
