This is a great grill and waffle maker. I was drawn to its versatility when I bought it, as I can cook several different dishes and easily switch plates. The grill and waffle maker are of good quality: waffles, steaks, and paninis cook quickly and taste amazing. The waffles don't stick, which is also very important to me. The appliance is easy to clean thanks to the removable plates, and convenient to use thanks to the heat-protected handle. Vegetables and steaks cooked evenly and juicy in this grill. The paninis were crispy. I'm very happy with the purchase! I hope the grill will last a long time

This grill has honestly become a bit of a lifesaver for everyday cooking. It heats up quickly and makes it really easy to cook meat and vegetables without much effort, so I end up using it far more often than I expected. The removable plates are a big plus and make cleaning straightforward. My only real complaint is the drainage system, it works, but it doesn’t feel especially well thought out and could definitely be designed better. I also wish it was possible to buy replacement plates separately. It would make the grill much more practical to keep using long term. Overall, very happy with it and it has made quick everyday meals much easier.

This AMZCHEF grill is absolutely brilliant. It's so versatile—I use it for everything from paninis and waffles to cooking perfect steaks and chicken wings. The adjustable temperature control ensures everything is cooked just the way we like it. I love that it opens fully and has an adjustable height, so it doesn't crush thicker bread or burgers. The plates have excellent non-stick coating and are very easy to clean. It's powerful, heats up quickly, and has become one of our most-used kitchen appliances. Highly recommend.

PROS: - Easy to clean - There's enough space to cook for a small family quickly CONS: - Could do with a longer lead - Need to be careful when releasing the top grill plate unless it's laid flat on the surface, otherwise you need to catch it when it falls out - Some food don't have the BBQ taste when cooked - Can't always rely on the recipe book; need to trial and error Despite of all the shortcomings, it's a great product and very easy to use.
