Fantastic product. Easy to use. Easy to carry

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! Bought this back in April (it now August) to clean some used appliances we were getting this summer. We just got the appliances today so I took this unopened steamer off the shelf, opened it and followed the instructions to get it started. I repeated this process several times over the span of about an hour. The preheat light will turn from blue to read, but despite waiting several minutes and/or adjusting the steam level from 1-2-3 it never produced any steam. The top of the unit gets pretty hot but no steam will flow from the nozzle. I'm way past the 30 return window for Amazon so I tried to use the manufacturer's website for warranty support but after I entered my email the email request field turns blank and nothing happens. Same when I try to click the "Extended Warranty" button. GARBAGE PRODUCT...GARBAGE SUPPORT...GARBAGE MANUFACTURER! DON'T BUY!!!

I’m house cleaner,many of my clients don't like cleaning liquids, so I clean using only water, which makes the job a bit more tedious. One of my clients asked me, "Why don't you use a steam cleaner? That won't harm anyone." So, I decided to buy one, though I was a bit apprehensive, as I didn't know what to expect, there are so many products on the market that often turn out to be a disappointment. However, I am absolutely happy with the results! My fears are a thing of the past, this little steam cleaner will truly do you a huge favor. You’ll save time because you can easily clean parts of the toilet, hard-to-reach corners, doors, windows, and much more in seconds, It heats up quickly, and the steam pressure is constant and powerful. Thanks to its size, it’s easy to carry anywhere and simple to use. 100% recommended.

Works great helps with tough stains when cleaning

I’ve been using this steam cleaner every day now for almost a week (we had a lot of cat surprises scattered throughout the house while we were on vacation), and I’m honestly impressed with how well it works. It heats up in seconds, which makes it super convenient when I just want to get cleaning without waiting around. The steam pressure is strong and consistent, and with all the included attachments, I’ve used it on everything — kitchen grease, bathroom grout, my car’s cupholders, even the outdoor countertops. This is a good news/bad news item. The good news is that this is fantastic product for window washing and upholstery cleaning. Grimy fabric covered stool looks like new. ⁰Window washing time cut in half and no buckets, sponges or rags needed. Now for the bad news. If you're looking for a degreaser, look elsewhere. This unit does not have enough pressure to decrease a car engine compartment or an outdoor BBQ grill. Also, the provided power cord keeps deconnecting from the power unit. Not acceptable for portable use. However, I'm keeping the product for fabric cleaning and window washing. I'm going to improvise a mechanical strap to keep the power cord engaged. Hope this helps.

This steam cleaner is practical, easy to use, and does exactly what I needed it to do. It heats up quickly and comes with useful accessories for different cleaning tasks. My only suggestion would be a slightly longer power cord, but that's easy to solve with an extension cord. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

This is machine is weak. Very low pressure. Just pushes hot dirty water around. I used it 3 times. On the third time I was using the scrapper on the wand as directions indicated, the plastic adapter broke off the wand stripping all the threads. Then the power button quit working. It would not turn off unless I unplugged it. This item is dangerous.

I can’t use due to power requirements not compatible here in singapore.
