You could feel the workout in the back of your legs and your calf’s .And it helps on your arms the stretch cords.It’s like a total workout for me.

The resistance knob is too hard to adjust
I would probably be happy with this but the resistance knob seems to be set to the highest setting and I’m unable to adjust it. It’s too tight to twist by hand. I emailed the support email listed on the instruction manual and I got an error message as the bounce back. I might have to return it for this reason.

This little stepper was easy to set up an very affordable and very easy to use!

Wore out before 10,000 steps
Machine started squeaking after 1,000 steps. By 9,000 and non-regular use, it was toast. Stopped moving smoothly and also noticed this odd black powder on my floor underneath it when I stepped off. Pistons get extremely hot after use. Product support is non-existent, despite replacement claims in the description. Do not buy.

No Real Instructions
Product seams to be made well, but the instructions and general descriptions are very poor. My son ordered the same and it was sent with no tension knob for adjustment. This company will need to improve quality control.
