Really, great have bought it for years
I have been buying manuka honey for roughly 15 years now I have it on subscribe and save. I find it very beneficial. I donโt get colds, whether or not this is a benefit of the honey. I have no idea it tastes great. I have it once a day I put a level desert spoon into my porridge and I will continue doing this. That amount may be too sweet for some people and not sweet enough for others for me. It is just right.
